Here's a carnival inspired makeover.
It was inspired by this picture.

You can change the colour of the make-up. Bright colours are usually best for a carnival inspired doll though.
What I used;
Lengthening mascara
Volumizing mascara
Tigerlily eyeshadow
Sunshine shadow
Flame red lipstick
Pink legacy blush
